摘要
民办高校教师质量一定程度上决定着民办高等教育的发展水平,但也面临着教师流失严重的现实问题:兼职教师易流失;中青年教师为主要流失对象;高学历的中高级职称教师流失率高;热门专业教师易流失等。该文通过分析提出从健全教师资源开发保障制度;开发学校引才能力,改善培养模式;创新职称评定制度,开拓教师资源空间;完善教师培训制度,有效开发教师资源;丰富教师培训内容,挖掘教师多方潜能入手解决教师流失问题。
The quality of teachers in private colleges and universities determines the development level of private higher education to some extent.But it is also faced with the serious problem of the loss of teachers.Part-time teachers,young and middle-aged teachers,teachers with high academic qualifications and professional titles,as well as popular professional teachers are the main targets of the outflow.The purpose of improving the teacher resource development guarantee system is to have a system guarantee for teacher resource development;developing school attraction is to improve the training model;the purpose of innovating the professional title evaluation system is to develop teacher resource space;the purpose of improving the teacher training system is to effectively develop teacher resources;the purpose of enriching teacher training content is to tap the potential of teachers in five aspects to solve the loss of teachers problem.
