摘要
高温叶片是航空发动机和燃气轮机最为核心的零部件,然而,高温叶片服役过程中所面临的氧化和腐蚀损伤是其可靠服役的关键问题。在叶片表面制备渗铝涂层,可显著改善其抗氧化和耐腐蚀性能。概述了渗铝涂层从制备到服役以及性能改善所涉及的相关问题。首先介绍了当前制备渗铝涂层的主要技术及涂层形成机理。然后,在此基础上阐述了渗铝涂层的高温氧化和腐蚀机理。随后,概述了当前为提高渗铝涂层的抗氧化和耐腐蚀性能而对渗铝涂层进行的元素改性处理及改性元素的作用。最后,展望了未来渗铝涂层的发展趋势。提出的通过预处理工艺制备大晶粒铝氧化膜技术的思路可为未来高性能渗铝涂层的发展提供参考。
High temperature blades are the core components of aero engines and gas turbines. However, the oxidation and corrosion damage of high temperature blades during service are key issues that affacting their reliable service. By preparing aluminized coatings on the surfaces of the blades, the oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of the blades can be significantly improved. In this paper, the issues relating to the preparation, service and performance improvement of aluminized coatings were summarized. Firstly, the current main preparation technologies of aluminized coatings and the formation mechanisms of the coatings were introduced. Secondly, the high temperature oxidation and corrosion mechanisms of the aluminized coatings were elaborated. Subsequently, the current element modification treatments and the effects of the modification chemical elements used to improve the oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of the aluminized coatings were summarized. Finally, the development trend of aluminized coatings in the future was prospected. Besides, the technology of preparing large-grain oxide film by pretreatment proposed in this paper would provide a reference for the development of high-performance aluminized coatings in the future.
