摘要
钛是最常用的制作种植体的材料,由于人体口腔环境的复杂性,钛种植体在口腔中不能免于腐蚀。钛种植体腐蚀会导致周围组织中钛离子浓度升高,引发过敏反应与炎症,进而威胁种植体的长期安全使用。依据腐蚀影响因子的类型,从无机物与有机物作用下的腐蚀、微生物作用下的腐蚀和摩擦腐蚀3个方面就钛种植体的腐蚀研究进展进行了综述,并对其下一步研究工作进行了展望。
Titanium is the most commonly used material for the production of implants, but titanium dental implants are not immune to corrosion due to the complex oral cavity environments. The concentration of titanium ions increases in tissues around the implants due to the corrosion, leading to allergic reactions and inflammation, which hinder the long-term safe service of implants. In this paper, the research progress on corrosion of titanium implants was reviewed based on different types of influencing factors, including corrosion due to the effect of inorganics and organics, corrosion due to microorganisms and tribocorrosion. Besides, the future research was prospected.
