摘要
目的:为对卫勤方舱的防弹能力进行升级,设计一种模块化防弹披挂。方法:该防弹披挂由多块模块化防弹板组成,防弹板之间使用弹簧锁扣连接。防弹板外壳由滚塑工艺成型,内部防弹夹层采用20 mm厚的超高分子量聚乙烯(ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene,UHMWPE)纤维制成。通过有限元仿真,对加装该防弹披挂的方舱的强度和刚度进行校核。结果:该防弹披挂可以实现对方舱的全面覆盖,且满足方舱的强度、刚度要求。结论:该防弹披挂具有通用性好、拆装迅速、成本低、对方舱舱体结构影响小等优点,可以满足卫勤方舱的防护升级需求。
Objective To design a modular bulletproof armor to realize protective upgrade of the medical service shelter.Methods The bulletproof armor was composed of multiple modular bulletproof plates connected by spring-loaded latches.The bulletproof plates had their shells manufactured by rotomolding process and inner bulletproof layers made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fiber.The strength and stiffness of the shelter with this bulletproof armor were verified by finite element simulation.Results The bulletproof armor developed realized full coverage of the shelter and met its requirements for strength and stiffness.Conclusion The bulletproof armor developed gains advantages in general purpose,quick assembly and disassembly and low cost and impact on the shelter structure,which contributes to the protection upgrade of the medical service shelter.
