摘要
目的:探讨实验室医用冷藏箱的温度分布特性,为药品、疫苗等安全冷藏提供可靠依据。方法:将医用冷藏箱的内部空间分为上、中、下3个平面,每个平面沿对角线方向均匀布置3个测试点,每个测试点设置1个温度传感器,之后进行开关门温度测试、断电温度测试以及满载、空载温度分布测试,记录温度均匀度、波动度、偏差,温度的升高/下降时间以及温度恢复时间。结果:空、满载温度测试结果显示,医用冷藏箱各测试点的温度均在2~8℃范围内,温度波动度分别为3.18、2.05℃,温度偏差均小于2℃。开门16 s后某个温度传感器温度超过8℃,开门1 min后关闭,所有温度传感器温度重新回到8℃所需时间为3 min 16 s;断电17 min 27 s后某个温度传感器温度超过8℃,所有温度传感器在断电2 h 40 min后均超过8℃,通电后所有温度传感器温度从8℃以上恢复至2~8℃需要8 min 4 s。结论:医用冷藏箱性能正常,温度波动度和均匀度能满足药品、疫苗等对环境温度要求严格的样品存储要求;实验室应控制医用冷藏箱的开门时间和断电时间以保证样品的存储温度。
Objective To explore the temperature distribution characteristics of the laboratory medical refrigerator to facilitate the safe refrigeration of drugs,vaccines,etc.Methods The internal space of the medical refrigerator was divided into upper,middle and lower planes,and there were three test points arranged along the diagonal direction at each plane,with a temperature sensor placed at each test point.Temperature tests were conducted in case of the refrigerator door closed or opened or powering off,and temperature distribution was explored in case of the refrigerator with full load or with no load.The data on temperature uniformity,fluctuation,deviation,temperature rise/fall time and temperature recovery time were recorded.Results No-load and full-load test results proved the temperature at each test point in the refrigerator was all kept in the range of 2 to 8℃,the temperature fluctuation was 3.18℃and 2.05℃respectively,and the temperature deviation was all less than 2℃.The temperature showed at some temperature sensor exceeded 8℃16 seconds after the door was opened,then the door was closed 1 min after,and it took 3 minutes and 16 seconds for the temperature showed at all the sensors to return to 8℃.The temperature showed at some temperature sensor exceeded 8℃17 minutes and 27 seconds after powering off,and the temperature at all the sensors exceeded 8℃two hours and 40 minutes after powering off,and it took 8 minutes and 4 seconds for the temperature at all the sensors to return to 2 to 8℃.Conclusion The medical refrigerator behaves well with the temperature fluctuation and uniformity meeting the environmental temperature requirements for drugs,vaccines and etc;the time for opening or powering off the refrigerator should be controlled strictly in the lab to ensure the storage temperature of the samples.
