摘要
分析了定量磁敏感图(quantitative susceptibility mapping,QSM)在阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)领域的相关研究,综述了正常脑铁作用、脑铁沉积在AD中的致病机制,以及QSM技术在AD患者诊断、鉴别诊断、病情严重程度评估领域的应用进展。分析了QSM在AD研究中面临的挑战,指出了QSM有望成为临床常规使用的序列,为临床诊断AD等神经退行性疾病提供客观的神经影像学依据。
The related researches on Alzheimer's disease(AD)in the quantitative susceptibility mapping(QSM)field were introduced.The function of normal brain iron and the pathogenic process of brain iron accumulation in AD were discussed,along with the most recent development in QSM technology for the diagnosis,differential diagnosis and severity assessment of AD patients.The challenges faced by QSM in the research of AD were analyzed,and QSM could hopefully be utilized routinely in objective neuroimaging for clinical diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases such as AD.
