参与共治与开放共享:新加坡国家档案馆档案众包项目实践及启示

档案众包可以广泛吸取公众力量,促进档案事业的快速发展。调查发现,新加坡国家档案馆档案众包项目具有众包内容多样、档案资源丰富开放、转录程序规范严谨、沟通反馈机制完善等特点。我国可参照新加坡相关经验,从健全相关法规制度、加大档案众包宣传、加强档案众包过程管理等方面来完善我国档案众包实践,提升档案公共服务质量。

Archives crowdsourcing can widely ab⁃sorb public strength and promote the rapid development of archival undertakings.It is found by the survey that the National Archives of Singapore's archives crowdsourcing project has the characteristics of diverse crowdsourcing content,rich and open archives resources,rigorous transcription procedures,and perfect communication and feedback mecha⁃nisms.We can refer to the relevant experience of Singapore to improve the practice of archives crowd⁃sourcing in China from the aspects of improving relevant laws and regulations,increasing the publicity of archives crowdsourcing,and strengthening the management of the archives crowdsourcing process,and improve the quality of archival public services.
