非伤口专科护士慢性伤口护理知识和培训需求现状及影响因素分析

Requirement for knowledge and training by non-specialist nurses in chronic wound care:Demanding status and influencing factors

目的了解非伤口专科护士慢性伤口护理知识和培训需求现状并分析其影响因素,为制订针对性的培训方案提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、慢性伤口护理知识问卷及慢性伤口护理知识培训需求问卷于2020年4月至2021年3月对珠海市11家医院的291名非伤口专科护士进行调查。采用多元线性回归分析探讨其影响因素。结果非伤口专科护士慢性伤口护理知识总分及培训需求总分分别为(72.07±22.03)分和(49.05±8.32)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示:职称、有无参加伤口护理培训、接触慢性伤口频次是影响非伤口专科护士慢性伤口护理知识水平的主要因素(P<0.05,P<0.01);对伤口护理是否有兴趣是非伤口专科护士慢性伤口护理知识培训需求的影响因素(P<0.001)。结论非伤口专科护士对慢性伤口护理知识的认知水平处于中等偏上水平,其对慢性伤口护理知识培训需求较高。有必要构建完整的知识培训体系对非专科护士进行伤口护理知识及技能培训,以促进伤口护理质量整体的提高。

Objective To investigate the current status in the knowledge and training in chronic wound care needed by non-specialist nurses and explore the influencing factors, therefore to provide reference for hospitals to formulate targeted training programs. Methods A general information questionnaire, questionnaire for knowledge in chronic wound nursing and questionnaire for knowledge and training demands in chronic wound nursing were employed to carry out a survey among 291 nurses in 11 local hospitals in Zhuhai from April 2020 to March 2021. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors. Results The total scores of knowledge and training required for chronic wound nursing by thenon-specialist nurses were(72.07 ±22.03) and(49.05± 8.32)respectively. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors to the knowledge required for chronic wound care included professional title, training at prefecture-level in wound care and the frequency in handling with chronic wounds. Whether the nonspecialist nurses were interested in the wound care was the influencing factor to the requirement of knowledge and training in chronic wound care. Conclusions Non-specialist nurses have high demands for the knowledge inchronic wound care.It is necessary to establish a comprehensive training system to train the non-specialist nurses with knowledge and skills in wound care, hence to improve the quality in wound care as whole.
