可调式动态流量平衡阀结构参数优化及试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对可调式动态流量平衡阀缺乏系统的研究方法、精度难以满足要求等问题,对动态流量平衡阀进行系统的数学建模;运用Simulink进行仿真平台的搭建,对弹簧刚度系数、引压孔直径、各腔室体积、膜片外径等结构参数对其动态特性及调节精度的影响进行了深入研究。根据仿真结果,改进了现有动态流量平衡阀初步设计的结构参数;结合CFD仿真对流量控制精度进行模拟,得到了优化前后压差-流量曲线。试验证明,优化后的动态流量平衡阀的调节精度在±5%以内,且在30~300 kPa全压差范围内模拟结果和试验结果相对误差不超过6.5%,证明优化与动态特性模拟方法具有良好的精度,对此类产品设计具有重要意义。 For the problems such as lack of systematic research methods for adjustable dynamic flow balancing valves and the difficulty in meeting the requirements of accuracy,the dynamic flow balancing valve was systematically mathematically modeled;Simulink was used to build a simulation platform,and the influences of structural parameters such as the spring stiffness coefficient,pressure hole diameter,the volume of each chamber and the outer diameter of the diaphragm on its dynamic characteristics and adjustment accuracy were deeply studied.According to the simulation results,the structural parameters of the preliminary design of the existing dynamic flow balancing valve were improved;the flow control accuracy was simulated in combination with CFD simulation,and the pressure difference-flow curve before and after optimization was obtained.The test results show that the adjustment accuracy of the optimized dynamic flow balancing valve is within±5%,and the relative error between the simulation results and the test results within the full pressure difference range of 30~300 kPa does not exceed 6.5%,which proves that the optimization and dynamic characteristics simulation methods have good accuracy and are of great significance to the design of such products.
