摘要
本文研究了黄原胶浓度对其溶液粘度与zeta电位的影响。确定了两者测定时的适宜浓度分别为1%、0.1%,并且研究了氯化钾对不同来源黄原胶在粘度、剪切性能值、pH、zeta电位的影响。经数理统计发现zeta电位与粘度比值(加盐时溶液粘度/不加盐时溶液粘度)之间在显著性水平α=0.05上存在着较高的负相关性。
In this paper the effects of different concentrations of xanthan solution on the viscosity and zeta potential were studied,and the appropriate concentration for determination of both was 1%and 0.1%respectively.In addition,the effects of potassium chloride on the viscosity,shearing property value,pH and zeta potential of xanthan gum provided by different suppliers were compared.Through mathematical statistics,it was also found that there existed a high negative correlation between zeta potential and viscosity ratio(solution viscosity with KCl/solution viscosity without KCl)at significant level ofα=0.05.
