OFDI能提升技术创新效率吗?——基于环境规制强度差异视角 被引量:1

Can OFDI Improve the Efficiency of Technological Innovation?Based on a Differential Environmental Regulation Intensity Perspective

摘要 文章基于2009—2019年中国省际面板数据,采用门槛模型探究环境规制对OFDI驱动两阶段技术创新效率的差异性调节作用。结果表明:在研究期内,OFDI显著提升了国内科技研发效率和成果转化效率,并且对成果转化效率促进作用更大;环境规制对OFDI逆向技术创新溢出具有显著门槛效应,均呈现正向“倒U”型非线性特征。在环境规制调节下,OFDI对技术创新效率具有显著的区域异质性,不同地区要根据实际情况实施适度的环境规制政策。 Based on the inter provincial panel data of China from 2009 to 2019,this paper uses the threshold model to explore the differential regulation of environmental regulation on OFDI driven two-stage technological innovation efficiency.The results show that during the research period,OFDI has significantly improved the efficiency of domestic scientific and technological research and development and achievements transformation,and has a greater role in promoting the efficiency of achievements transformation;environmental regulation has a significant threshold effect on OFDI reverse technology innovation spillover,which shows a positive"inverted U"nonlinear characteristics.Under the regulation of environmental regulation,OFDI has significant regional heterogeneity on technological innovation efficiency,and different regions should implement appropriate environmental regulation policies according to the actual situation.
