摘要
为探究太空诱变处理TK_(1)代与对照苎麻171(未进行太空诱变处理)之间的差异,对其中23株成功出苗的太空诱变处理TK_(1)代与对照进行农艺性状测定,分析比较其主要农艺性状的变异程度。结果表明,太空诱变处理明显降低了苎麻171种子的出苗率,而太空诱变处理TK_(1)代与对照相比,两者皮厚和纤维强度基本一致,而有效株率、单蔸生物量、鲜皮出麻率和纤维细度呈递减趋势,株高和茎粗呈上升趋势。方差分析表明,太空诱变处理TK_(1)代中纤维强力差异极显著,其他指标差异不显著。相关性分析表明,株高与茎粗、单蔸原麻重呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别达0.68和0.60,而纤维细度除与皮厚呈极显著正相关外,与其他指标均呈负相关。
In order to explore the differences between the TK_(1) generation of space mutagenesis treatment and the control ramie 171(without space mutagenesis treatment),the agronomic traits of 23 successful TK_(1) generation of space mutagenesis treatment and the control were measured,and the degree of variation of main agronomic traits was analyzed and compared.The results showed that the space mutation treatment significantly reduced the emergence rate of ramie 171 seeds,and compared with the control,the skin thickness and fiber strength of TK_(1 )generation treated with space mutation were basically the same,while the effective plant rate,single stem biomass,fresh bark ramie rate and fiber fineness showed a decreasing trend,while the plant height and stem diameter showed an increasing trend.Anova showed that the fiber strength was significantly different in TK_(1) generation treated by space mutagenesis,but other indexes were not significantly different.Correlation analysis showed that plant height was positively correlated with stem diameter and stem weight,the correlation coefficients were 0.68 and 0.60,respectively,while fiber fineness was negatively correlated with other indexes except for skin thickness.
