基于IntraWeb的区域医疗信息一体化模型构建

Construction of regional medical information integration model based on IntraWeb

由于区域医疗信息众多,信息共享困难,导致信息一体化效果不佳。为了解决上述问题,提出了基于IntraWeb的区域医疗信息一体化模型构建。构建基于IntraWeb的区域医疗信息系统,分析IntraWeb的应用模式,为区域医疗信息一体化流程设计提供协同工作模式。在基于IntraWeb的搜索引擎结构基础上,搜索临床诊疗、药品管理、经济管理、外部接口、综合管理与统计分析信息,为数据共享提供支持。采用对称加密算法对共享数据加密,避免出现信息丢失。由实验结果可知,该模型在门诊收入统计项目中,与实际数据统计结果相差最大,最大相差687元,其余基本一致,说明该模型信息共享效果较好;将模型应用到医疗门户系统、医生工作站中,具有良好的信息一体化效果。

Due to the large amount of regional medical information and the difficulty of information sharing,the effect of information integration is poor.In order to solve the above problems,a regional medical information integration model based on IntraWeb is proposed.A regional medical information system based on IntraWeb is built,and the application mode of IntraWeb is analyzed,by which a collaborative work mode is provided for the process design of regional medical information integration.On the basis of search engine structure based on IntraWeb,the information of clinical diagnosis and treatment,parmaceutical management,economic management,external interface,comprehensive management and statistical analysis is searched,which provides a support for data sharing.A symmetric encryption algorithm is used to encrypt the shared data to avoid information loss.It can be seen from the experimental results that,in the project of outpatient income statistics,the difference of the results from the model and the actual data statistics is the largest(which is 687 yuan),and the rest are basically consistent,indicating that the model will have good effects in information sharing and information integration if the model is applied to medical portal system and doctor workstation.
