新形势下加强高职院校基层党组织建设工作研究

Research on Strengthening the Construction of Grassroots Party Organizations in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Situation

完善高职院校基层党组织建设、充分发挥基层党组织在落实立德树人根本任务中的引领作用尤为重要。随着新时代职业教育的不断发展,高职院校基层党组织在理论学习、工作布局和队伍建设三方面存在亟待解决的问题,可以从学习研究立足“三个面”、顶层设计聚焦“六个力”、队伍建设注重“三类人”三方面对症施策,进一步加强高职院校基层党组织建设,促进高职院校更好地履行培养高素质技术技能型人才的历史使命。

It is particularly important to improve the construction of grassroots Party organizations in higher vocational colleges and give full play to the leading role of grassroots Party organizations in the implementation of the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education.With the continuous development of vocational education in the new era,the grassroots Party organizations in higher vocational colleges have problems to be solved urgently in terms of theoretical study,work layout and team building.We can take appropriate measures to further strengthen the construction of grassroots Party organizations and promote higher vocational colleges to better fulfill the historical mission of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents by focusing on"three aspects"from perspectives of study and research;focusing on"six powers"from perspectives of top-level design;and emphasizing"three types of people"from perspectives of team building.
