摘要
以2017届高职院校毕业生就业指标为切入点,发现高职学生在就业中存在就业欠主动、专业欠匹配、就业不稳定、薪酬不理想、求职有压力、单位有要求等问题。通过分析教练技术对接就业指导的可行性、合理性,尝试将教练技术融入高职就业服务体系,提高就业指导针对性,力求实现高职学生高质量就业的目标。
Taking the employment indicators of 2017 graduates of higher vocational colleges as the starting point,through big data analysis,it findsthat there are some problems in the employment of higher vocational college students,such as thelack of initiative,thelack ofprofessional matching,unstable employment,unsatisfactory salary,pressure in job hunting and problems caused by the units.It is proved that coaching technology is feasible and reasonable inemployment guidance,andit is a good attempt to integrate coaching technology into the employment service system,improve the pertinence of employment guidance and strive to achieve the goal of high-quality employment of higher vocational college students.
