县域尺度下河南省种植业碳排放空间溢出效应及公平性研究 被引量:7

Study on Spatial Spillover Effect and Equity of Planting Carbon Emission in Henan Province at County Scale

摘要 基于2013—2019年河南省县区主要农用物资消耗量和主要农作物产量,采用碳排放系数法测算各县区种植业碳排放量,深入分析种植业碳排放时空特征,利用空间杜宾模型探讨河南省种植业碳排放影响因素及空间溢出效应。结果表明:(1)2013—2019年河南省65.6%的县区种植业碳排放量呈下降趋势,34.4%的县区呈上升趋势。高碳区主要分布在东部平原地区,低碳区主要分布在西部丘陵地区。东部平原地区主要是高-高聚集类型,西部丘陵地区主要是低-低聚集类型,这与河南省的地形分布特征较一致。(2)支农财政力度、城镇吸引能力、经济发展水平、农业结构等对种植业碳排放量有抑制作用,空间溢出效应明显;城乡差距对种植业碳排放量有增强作用。(3)在碳排放公平性方面,丘陵地区的基尼系数显著高于平原地区,且丘陵地区的基尼系数有缓慢上升趋势,平原地区的基尼系数有明显下降趋势。 Based on the consumption of main agricultural materials and the output of main crops in counties and regions of Henan Province from 2013 to 2019,the carbon emission coefficient method is used to calculate the carbon emission of planting industry in each county,the temporal and spatial characteristics of carbon emission of planting industry is analyzed,and use the spatial Dobbin model to study the influencing factors and spatial spillover effect of carbon emission of planting industry in Henan Province.The results show that:(1)65.6%of the counties in Henan Province have a downward trend of carbon emissions from planting,and 34.4%of the counties have an upward trend.The high-carbon areas are mainly distributed in the eastern plain area,the low-carbon areas are mainly distributed in the western hilly area,the western hilly area of Henan Province is mainly low-low aggregation type,and the eastern plain area is mainly high-high aggregation type,This is very consistent with the topographic distribution characteristics of Henan Province.(2)Financial support for agriculture,urban attraction,economic development level and agricultural structure can inhibit the carbon emission of planting industry,and the spatial spillover effect is obvious.The gap between urban and rural areas can enhance the carbon emission of planting industry.(3)In terms of carbon emission equity,the Gini coefficient in hilly areas is significantly higher than that in plain areas,and the Gini coefficient in hilly areas has a slow upward trend,while the Gini coefficient in plain areas has an obvious downward trend.
