上向扇形深孔爆破技术在某铀矿顶柱回收中的应用

摘要 某铀矿采场采用传统的人工进入采场回收顶柱的方法,存在安全风险。通过对常规工艺、下向扇形深孔爆破、上向扇形深孔爆破在顶柱回收中的优缺点比较,最终确定选用安全高效的上向扇形深孔爆破工艺回收顶柱。通过对该采场顶柱现状、地质构造、安全性等参数的综合分析,采用脉外凿岩及脉外出矿、上向扇形深孔布孔方式、BQF-100装药器、电子雷管进行网络连接起爆的上向扇形深孔爆破方式,达到了安全高效回收该采场顶柱的目标。 In a uranium mine,the traditional manual roof pillar mining in the stope has security risks.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of conventional technology,downward fan-shaped deep-hole blasting technology and upward fan-shaped deep-hole blasting technology in top pillar mining,the safe and efficient upward fan-shaped deep-hole blasting technology was used to recovery top pillar.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the top pillar status,geological structure,safety and other parameters of the top pillar stoping,the upward fan-shaped deep hole blasting technology,such as out-of-vein drilling and out-of-vein ore mining,upward fan-shaped deep-hole hole arrangement,BQF-100 loading vessel and electronic detonator,was adopted to achieve the goal of safe and efficient recovery of the stope top pillar ore body.
