摘要
针对独居石碱液蒸发浓缩过程的高能耗问题,提出了双效蒸发、三效蒸发和MVR+双效组合式蒸发技术方案。以251 m^(3)/d碱液的蒸发浓缩为例,对3种蒸发浓缩方案的工艺流程、工艺参数和设备报价进行分析,并对3种蒸发浓缩方案的经济性进行比较。结果表明,MVR+双效组合式蒸发方案的年总成本(运行成本+设备折旧)最低;其蒸汽耗量最低,仅为0.22 t/t。采用MVR+双效蒸发系统,处理独居石碱液可达到较好的节能和经济效果。
Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption in the evaporation and concentration process of materials produced by decomposition of monazite with alkali,the technical schemes of double-effect evaporation,triple-effect evaporation and mechanical vapor recompression combined with double-effect evaporation(MVR+DE)were proposed.Taking the evaporation and concentration of 251 m^(3)/d alkali liquor as example,the process flow,process parameters and equipment quotation of the three evaporation and concentration schemes were analyzed,and the economics of the three schemes were compared.The results show that the annual total cost of the MVR+DE evaporation is the lowest and the steam consumption is the least,only 0.22 t/t.Therefore,applying DE+MVR evaporation system to alkali liquor concentration can achieve better energy saving and economic efficiency.
