摘要
次氧化锌回转窑生产工艺所使用的原料中含有一定量的砷。通过对砷进行物料平衡分析以及对窑渣进行毒性浸出试验,研究砷在回转窑产物中的分布情况和窑渣的毒性,可为“三废”性质判断提供依据,有利于企业对“三废”进行针对性处理。研究结果表明,原料中约75%的砷进入烟气中,约25%的砷进入窑渣;窑渣中的砷、铅、锌等的浸出浓度远低于鉴别标准值,不属于危险废物。
The raw materials used in the production process of secondary zinc oxide rotary kiln contain a certain amount of arsenic.The distribution arsenic in rotary kiln products and toxicity of kiln slag were studied by means of material balance analysis of arsenic and toxicity leaching test of kiln slag.It can provide a basis for enterprises to judge the nature of"three wastes",and is to conducive the targeted treatment of"three wastes".The results show that about 75%of the arsenic in the raw material enters into the flue gas,and about 25%of the arsenic enters into the kiln slag.The leaching concentration of arsenic,lead and zinc in kiln slag is far lower than the identification standard value,so it does not belong to hazardous waste.
