摘要
为考察接种新型冠状病毒疫苗后感染者轻重症康复患者出院后血浆新冠病毒IgG和IgM浓度有无改变,将31名康复者按照不同类型进行分组,用磁微粒化学发光法测定血浆抗体的浓度值。结果显示:不同性别,第一、二次捐献康复血浆前后,新冠轻重症康复患者血浆IgG与IgM比较,表达水平差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。可见,康复患者在出院恢复期所捐献出的血浆抗体浓度较高,随着时间推移抗体浓度有所下降,为及时收集恢复期高效价抗体治疗重症患者提供科学依据。
To retrospectively analyze the changes of plasma novel coronavirus IgG and IgM concentration in re-infected convalescent patients with severe and mild diseases after receiving novel coronavirus vaccine,31 rehabilitated patients were divided into groups according to different standards.The concentration of plasma antibody was measured by magnetic particle chemiluminescence method.Results show that there were significant differences in the expression level of plasma IgG and IgM between different genders,before and after the first and second donation of rehabilitation plasma,and between patients with mild and severe rehabilitation of COVID-19 patients(P<0.05).The conclusion is that the plasma antibody concentration donated by rehabilitated patients in the recovery period after discharge was high,and it decreased as time passed by,which provides a scientific basis for timely collection of high titer antibodies in the recovery period for the treatment of severe patients.
