从“单向嵌入”到“双向互构”:高校学术不端现象及其治理路径

From“One-way Embedding”to“Two-way Mutual Construction”:Academic Misconducts in Colleges and Universities and Its Governance Approach

现阶段,高校学术不端现象时有发生,针对此类现象,我国一直重点采用以外驱压力为主的单向嵌入模式开展治理,使学术不端者惮于外在压力而被迫回归正常学术轨道,这在一定时期内产生了较为理想的治理效果。但由于外驱压力薄弱、势弱、疲弱的显现,德育化人带来的内生动力逐渐发挥越来越重要的作用,应形成内外协同的双向互构模式,严格统一判定标准、严肃创建德育环节、严谨制定治理制度,以此推动高校学术不端治理水平的提升。

In view of the common occurrence of academic misconducts in colleges and universities in China,the one-way embedding model represented by exerting external pressure has been used as governance measure to enforce scholars in colleges and universities to conduct themselves while doing research.This has produced good results for some time.However,since external pressure has proved weakening and lacking in effect in the long run,the endogenous force brought by moral education gradually steps in and plays an increasingly important role.Therefore,a two-way mutual construction model of internal and external coordination needs to be in place.There should be unified judging criteria,well-defined moral education procedures and a sound governance system so as to improve the governance level of academic misconducts in colleges and universities.
