摘要
现基于国有企业绩效管理中的常见问题和绩效管理相关理论,运用AHP构建国有企业绩效管理质量的评估体系,并对广东省内国有企业绩效管理质量进行评估。根据评估结果,以绩效管理体系为整体,围绕绩效管理体系、绩效管理理念、绩效考核内容和绩效运行保障机制三个具体维度,提出国有企业绩效管理质量提升的路径。
Based on the common problems in the performance management of state-owned enterprises and the related theories of performance management,this paper uses AHP to construct the evaluation system of the performance management quality of state-owned enterprises,and evaluates the performance management quality of state-owned enterprises in Guangdong Province.According to the evaluation results,taking the performance management system as a whole,this paper points out the path to improve the quality of performance management of state-owned enterprises around the three specific dimensions of performance management system,performance management concept,performance evaluation content and performance operation guarantee mechanism.
