摘要 介绍了在永泰抽水蓄电站地下洞室开挖中高应力洞段、围岩易碎洞段进行喷射混凝土支护过程中开展的无机纳米喷射混凝土性能试验研究。通过对无机纳米材料在地下厂房喷射混凝土中的应用,进一步细化无机纳米材料参数,形成一种适用多种条件的混凝土配合比,使无机纳米的掺量达到最优,节约工程成本的同时加快地下厂房支护施工进度。 This paper describes the experimental study on inorganic nano-shotcrete performance during shotcrete support for high stress tunnel section and fragile surrounding rock section in the excavation of underground tunnel of Yongtai Pumped Power Station.By analyzing the application of inorganic nanomaterials in shotcrete of underground power house,the parameters of inorganic nanomaterials are further refined in this paper.Finally,a concrete mix ratio suitable for various conditions is formed to optimize the inorganic nano-additives.It can save project cost and speed up support construction progress of underground powerhouse.
