摘要
基于杭州市某市政桥梁工程实例对受限条件下桥梁工程大体积盖梁施工技术进行总结,针对跨河环境下,大体积盖梁浇筑时河底涉及其他结构物,不便于施工围堰、满堂支架及方形墩柱无法使用抱箍施工条件下,采用支护方法的同时对大体积盖梁浇筑水热化开裂问题提供一种大体积浇筑方法,既解决受限空间内盖梁施工的难题还实现盖梁施工的经济安全。
Based on an example of a municipal bridge project in Hangzhou,this paper summarizes the construction technology of large-volume cover beam for bridge project under limited conditions.In the cross-river environment,other structures are involved in the bottom of the river when large-volume cover beams are poured,so clamps can not be used for construction cofferdams,full-room supports and square piers.In this paper,a method of large volume casting is provided to solve the problem of water thermal cracking of large volume cover beam.It not only solves the difficult problem in the construction of inner cover beam in restricted space,but also realizes the economic safety in the construction of cover beam.
