摘要
近年来,随着设备设计制造技术水平的不断提高,为TBM在国内长隧洞施工方面的应用提供了必要的条件,TBM在水电站长隧洞工程施工中的应用也随之快速发展。由于TBM应用场景确定的合适与否,直接关系到其应用的成败,不同的应用场景与施工成本关系密切,所以应用场景分析是TBM应用的一个重要问题。从隧洞长度、隧洞断面、地质条件、组装场地、转场条件、隧洞线型、应用时机7方面结合国内一些成功应用案例,讨论TBM在水电站长隧洞工程施工中的应用场景问题,说明TBM在水电站工程长隧洞施工中应用场景分析时应着重把握的要点。
In recent years,the continuous improvement of equipment design and manufacturing technology provides necessary conditions for the application of TBM in long tunnel construction in China,and the application of TBM in long tunnel construction of hydropower station also develops rapidly.The suitability of TBM application scenario determination is directly related to the success of its application.Different application scenarios are closely related to construction costs.Therefore,application scenario analysis is an important issue in TBM applications.Combining with some successful application cases in China,this paper discusses the application scenario of TBM in the construction of long tunnel of hydropower station from seven aspects:tunnel length,tunnel section,geological condition,assembly site,transfer site,tunnel alignment and application timing,and illustrates the key points that TBM should pay attention to when applying scenario analysis in the construction of long tunnel of hydropower station.
