摘要
盾构穿越在建地铁车站,车站为地下负3层结构,盾构自地下负2层穿越;盾构穿越车站长26.95m,高度距离车站底板8m,穿越空间为密闭空间;盾构通过搭设过站钢平台、拼装负环管片的方式过站,过站完成后,采用专用吊具进行负环管片及钢平台的拆除;通过一系列的技术措施解决密闭空间内盾构高位长距离过站施工技术问题,保证了施工安全,提高过站施工效率。
A subway station under construction has underground negative 3-storey structure.Shield passes through the station from the 2nd floor underneath.The shield tunnel crossing distance is 26.95m long and the height is 8m from the station floor.The crossing space is a closed space.Shield tunneling passes through station by erecting steel platform and assembling negative ring segment.After passing the station,the negative ring segment and steel platform are removed with special hoist.In this paper,a series of technical measures have been adopted to solve the construction technology problems of shield tunneling high-level and long-distance passing station in confined space,ensuring construction safety and improving construction efficiency of passing station.
