摘要
介绍广东梅州抽水蓄能电站复合塑料模板在竖井弯段混凝土衬砌施工技术与应用。鉴于广东梅州抽水蓄能电站工期紧、任务重,衬砌混凝土如采用常规钢模施工,存在搬运难度大、安装效率低等问题。为此,在梅蓄竖井弯段混凝土施工中利用复合塑料模板进行混凝土衬砌,有效提高了模板拼装效率,降低了材料人工投入、劳动强度,极大程度地缩短了施工周期。结合现场施工情况,探讨施工过程中应注意的问题。
This paper describes the construction technology and application of the concrete lining of the composite plastic formwork for Meizhou Pumped Storage Power Station in the bend section of the shaft.Meizhou Pumped Storage Power Station in Guangdong Province is characterized by short construction period and heavy tasks.If the lining concrete is constructed with conventional steel formwork,problems such as difficult handling and low installation efficiency exist.Composite plastic formwork is used for concrete lining in shaft bend section concrete construction,which effectively improves the efficiency of formwork assembly,reduces material labor input and labor intensity,and greatly shortens construction period.Combining with the construction situation on site,this paper probes into the problems that should be paid attention to in the construction process.
