深厚淤泥地层桥梁灌注桩施工要点控制

摘要 在桥梁工程项目建设施工中遇到深厚淤泥质土,对于桥梁桩基施工质量保证是一个很大的挑战。深厚淤泥地层对桥梁桩基施工影响较大,必须对施工过程关键工序进行控制,保证桩基质量。以厦漳同城大道流传特大桥桥梁桩基施工为对象,从采用冲击钻正循环泥浆护壁成孔、二次循环清孔、导管浇筑水下混凝土成桩的施工方法出发,对深厚淤泥质土桥梁桩基施工过程中常见的质量问题进行分析,提出预防措施及处理意见。 Deep silty soil is encountered in the construction of bridge engineering project,which is a great challenge to the quality assurance of bridge pile foundation construction.Deep silt stratum has a great influence on the construction of bridge pile foundation.It is necessary to control the key procedures in the construction process to ensure the quality of pile foundation.Taking the construction of bridge pile foundation of Xiamen-Zhangzhou TongchengAvenue Spread Bridge as an object,this paper analyses the common quality problems during the construction of bridge pile foundation in deep silty soil based on the construction methods of impact drilling positive circulation mud wall protection hole,secondary circulation hole cleaning and pipe casting underwater concrete pile,and puts forward the preventive measures and treatment opinions.
