地铁联络通道洞门加固、防护技术

摘要 城市地铁项目施工过程中,联络通道施工一直是安全风险较大的一个施工项目,联络通道洞门施工是整个安全风险最大的一个环节,依托在地下水较丰富的软土地层开挖联络通道工程,通过理论分析及工程实践,针对联络通道洞门加固防护提出了隧道管片前后各5环二次注浆加固、联络通道管片位置型钢支撑加固、洞门位置设置安全防护门等措施,可在联络通道开挖过程中有效保护洞门附近区间管片安全、保护洞门无变形,无渗漏水,保证了联络通道洞门施工安全。 During the construction of urban subway project,the construction of connecting passage has always been a construction project with high safety risk.The construction of connecting passage opening is one of the most dangerous links in the whole project.Aiming at the project of connecting passage excavated on soft soil layer with abundant groundwater,this paper proposes 5-ring secondary grouting reinforcement in front of and behind the tunnel segment,steel support reinforcement in the position of connecting passage segment,and safety protection door in the position of the tunnel door.It can effectively protect the safety of segment in the vicinity of the tunnel door during the excavation of the connecting passage,protect the tunnel door from deformation and leakage,and ensure the construction safety of the connecting passage tunnel door.
