摘要
城市轨道交通项目施工过程中,车站深基坑开挖是安全风险较大的一个施工工序,对于基坑安全,最主要的防控手段就是基坑支撑系统,地铁基坑常采用钢支撑,危险性较大部位采用混凝土支撑,支撑施工的质量直接影响基坑安全,通过数值模拟分析车站基坑变形规律、支撑架设前后基坑稳定状态及必要性,阐述车站基坑支撑施工的加工、架设方法、预加轴力、支撑监控以及后续拆除等工序,形成了一整套支撑施工技术。
During the construction of urban rail transit project,excavation of deep foundation pit of station is a construction procedure with high safety risk.For the safety of foundation pit,the most important means of prevention and control is foundation pit support system.Steel support is often used for foundation pit of subway,and concrete support is used for most dangerous parts.The quality of support construction directly affects the safety of foundation pit.Through numerical simulation,this paper analyses deformation regularity of station foundation pit,stability state and necessity of foundation pit before and after support erection,elaborates processes of support construction of station foundation pit such as processing,erection method,pre-added axial force,support monitoring and subsequent removal,and forms a complete set of support construction technology.
