水电站坝前漂浮物清理安全管理控制要点

摘要 水电站工程下闸蓄水后,各类漂浮物流入库区汇集在水库坝前,漂浮物堆积在电站机组进水口区域,拦污栅承受压力不断升高,对拦污栅安全造成影响,机组运行效率降低,影响大坝安全及机组稳定运行,为避免漂浮物大量堆积在水电站坝前及拦污漂前,需组织对漂浮物进行清理,而清理过程中的水上作业安全和船舶运行安全是清漂工作顺利实现的重要保障。 After water storage at the gate of the hydropower station,various kinds of floating material flow into the reservoir area gather in front of the reservoir dam.The floating debris accumulates in the intake area of power plant unit,which causes the pressure of trash rack to rise continuously and affects the safety of trash rack.The operation efficiency of the unit is reduced,which affects the safety of the dam and the stable operation of the unit.To avoid large amount of floating debris accumulating in front of dam and before trash prevention and floating,it is necessary to organize debris cleaning.The safety of water work and the safety of ship operation during the cleaning process are important guarantees for the smooth realization of the bleaching work.
