摘要
根据深化国有企业改革中的“三年行动计划”的要求,在管理体系和管理能力现代化,激发活力、提高效率,创新“劳动,人事,分配”三项制度的改革中都对施工企业的管理方面提出了更高的要求,科学地进行岗位调查及岗位评估可以为企业人力资源管理提供更科学的依据。
According to the requirement of deepening the three-year action plan in the reform of state-owned enterprises,higher requirements are put forward for the management of construction enterprises in the reform of management system and management capacity modernization,stimulating vitality,improving efficiency and innovating the three systems of labor,personnel and distribution.Scientific job investigation and job evaluation can provide more scientific basis for enterprise human resource management.
