Safety Management of Pile Foundation During Construction Stage

针对萧山城市文化公园施工项目桩基施工阶段在安全管理上所遇到的各种问题,对项目安全管理进行了研究,从成立管理机构到现场的安全管理等方面进行了论述,提出了项目部在安全管理过程中采取的技术保障措施及危险源评价方法,报告了项目在桩基施工阶段的安全管理情况,经过现场实际调查,项目部安全管理达到了预期的要求。

In view of various problems encountered in safety management during pile foundation construction stage of Xiaoshan City Cultural Park Project,this paper studies the safety management of the project.This paper discusses the aspects of safety management from the establishment of management organization to the site,puts forward the technical guarantee measures and hazard source evaluation method adopted by the Project Department in the process of safety management,and reports the safety management of the project in the construction stage of pile foundation.After field investigation,the safety management of project department has met the expected requirements.
