Exploration and Practice of “Six in One” Talent Cultivation Mode

高等教育发挥人才培养的重要职能,人才培养模式是关键。河北工程大学深化人才培养模式改革,通过构建以大工程文化为引领,以创新创业、课程教学改革、学生竞赛、校内外协同、身心健康教育发挥辐射作用的“六位一体”人才培养新模式,在育人平台、人才培养质量、教师教书育人能力、教学成果应用等方面取得突破,带动河北工程大学教育教学质量整体提升。

Higher education plays an important role in cultivating talents, and the talent cultivation mode is quite essential. Hebei University of Engineering, with the purpose of furthering the talent cultivation mode reform, puts forward creatively a new “Six in One” talent cultivation mode. This new mode, led by Big Engineering Culture, which is an organic system of six radiating elements, namely, innovation and entrepreneurship, curriculum and teaching reform, student competition, collaboration with other social organizations, as well as physical and mental health education, has made breakthroughs in the aspects of education platform, talent cultivation quality, teachers’ teaching ability, and the application of teaching results, thus promoting the overall improvement of education and teaching quality in Hebei University of Engineering.
