新时代行业特色型大学“双一流”建设路径探析——以北京高科大学联盟为例

Analysis on the Path of “Double First-class Construction” of Industry-characteristic Universities in the New Era: A Case Study of Beijing High-tech University Union

行业特色大学是具有中国特色高等教育的重要组成部分,是国家科技创新体系的重要战略力量。文章介绍了行业特色型大学概念的内涵和外延、高水平行业特色型大学的特征,从学科布局、学科特色、评价体系等三个维度分析了“双一流”建设背景下行业特色型大学面临的新挑战。然后,以北京高科大学联盟为例,提出了行业特色型大学“双一流”建设的对策建议:立足行业,打造世界一流学科;优化布局,促进学科交叉融合;以本为本,培养行业领军人才;引育并举,汇聚一流师资队伍;开放办学,加强国际交流合作;文化自信,传承弘扬大学精神。

Industry-characteristic universities are not only an important part of higher education with Chinese characteristics but also an important strategic force of the national scientific and technological innovation system. As a first approximation, this paper introduces the connotation and extension of the concept of such universities as well as the features of high-level ones. Then, it analyzes the new challenges faced by the industry-characteristic universities under the background of double first-class construction from the perspectives of discipline structure, discipline characteristics, and evaluation system. Finally, taking Beijing High-tech University Union as an example, this paper provides some countermeasures and suggestions for the double first-class construction of the industry-characteristic universities: firstly, building world-class discipline based on the industry;secondly, optimizing the layout of disciplines and promoting disciplinary integration;next, cultivating industry leading talents on the undergraduate basis;besides, creating a first-class team of teachers via talents recruitment and team building simultaneously;furthermore, strengthening international exchanges and cooperation;lastly, inheriting and carrying forward the university spirit with cultural confidence.
