新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控期间烟台市中小学校及幼儿园消毒效果的评价

Evaluation of the disinfection effect of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in Yantai City during the normalized prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic

目的了解烟台市中小学及幼儿园消毒质量状况,科学评价学校消毒效果,指导消毒工作,有效预防新型冠状病毒肺炎的传播。方法选择烟台市38家中小学及幼儿园,采集消毒前后物体表面样品进行自然菌检测,评价环境卫生学状况及不同消毒方法的消毒效果。结果消毒前采样613份,平均合格率为78.30%;消毒后采样613份,平均合格率为97.55%,除地面外,其他项目合格率均为100%。消毒后,不同类别学校合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.582,P=0.008),中学合格率最高,幼儿园最低。物体表面消毒后合格率显著提高(χ2=106.998,P<0.001)。消毒效果评价平均合格率为72.10%,500 mg/L含氯消毒剂、200 mg/L二氧化氯和75%乙醇的消毒效果差异无统计学意义。结论2020年烟台市部分中小学及幼儿园消毒前自然菌合格率较低,消毒后合格率显著提高;消毒效果评价平均合格率较低,应进一步规范消毒工作,加强消毒过程评价,提高消毒质量。

Objective To understand the situation of the disinfection quality in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in Yantai city, so as so scientifically evaluate the disinfection effect in schools, and to guide the disinfection work to prevent the spread of COVID-19 effectively.Methods 38 primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in Yantai city were selected to collect samples of object surfaces for natural bacteria detection before and after disinfection, and the environmental hygiene status and the disinfection effect of different disinfection methods were evaluated.Results 613 samples were collected before disinfection, and the average qualified rate was 78.30%;613 samples were collected after disinfection, and the average qualified rate was 97.55%.Except for the ground, the qualified rates of other items were 100%.After disinfection, there were statistically significant differences in the qualified rates of different types of schools(χ^(2)=9.582,P=0.008),with the highest qualified rate in middle schools and the lowest in kindergartens.After object surface disinfection, the qualified rates were significantly improved(χ^(2)=106.998,P<0.001).The average qualified rate of disinfection effect evaluation was 72.10%,and there was no significant difference in disinfection effect among 500 mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant, 200 mg/L chlorine dioxide and 75% alcohol.Conclusion In 2020,the qualified rate of natural bacteria before disinfection in some primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in Yantai city was low, and the qualified rate after disinfection was significantly improved;the average qualified rate of disinfection effect evaluation was low, and disinfection work should be further standardized, the evaluation of disinfection process should be strengthened, and the quality of disinfection should be improved.
