Social Time-space fundamentally originates from the practical activities of human beings and acquires its practicality through human activities and social movements.It is an important perspective of Marx in studying the development of human history.Through the history and practice of the Chinese Communist Party in leading the Chinese revolution,development and reform,and using the methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,we can explore and analyze the theme of integrating development and security in social time-space from the perspective of Marxist view of social time-space,and explain its contemporary connotation.On the basis of the analysis of fundamental conflicts,we will coordinate development and security scientifically and match resources precisely,deeply understand the significance of integrating development and security,and grasp the dynamic balance of development and security comprehensively,completely,accurately and thoroughly.With these efforts,we will be able to promote high-quality development and high-level security in the 14th Five-Year Plan period and ensure a good start for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.
