摘要
微波离子电推力器具有体积小、无热阴极、启动时间快、工作寿命长等优点,非常适用于空间推进领域。为了验证上海航天控制技术研究所研制的一款百瓦级电推力器M5型微波离子推力器的寿命,进行了10000h寿命和10000次重复启动实验。在实验过程中,测试了推力器工作性能参数和启动性能,通过对测试数据的分析判断推力器的工作状态。实验表明,M5型微波离子推力器连续工作10000h后,性能指标满足设计要求,累计重复启动10000次后启动性能未出现明显下降。证明了M5型微波离子推力器寿命超过10000h,重复启动次数大于10000次。
The microwave ion electric thruster has the advantages of small size,no hot cathode,fast starting time,and long working life.It is very suitable for the field of space propulsion.The M5 type microwave ion electric thruster is a one-hundred-watt electric thruster developed by shanghai aerospace control technology institute.In order to verify the life of the M5 microwave ion thruster,a life assessment experiment of about 10000h was carried out.During the experiment,the working performance parameters and starting performance of the thruster were tested,and the working state of the thruster was judged by analyzing the test data.Experiments show that after the M5 microwave ion thruster has been worked continuously for 10000 hours,the performance indicators meet the design requirements,and the starting performance is not significantly reduced by 10000 repeated starts.It proves that the life of the M5 microwave ion thruster exceeds 10000h,and the number of repeated starts is greater than 10000.
