软土地基中节段式隧道衬砌与千斤顶力相互作用的三维模型

摘要 在大连湾海底隧道建设工程——光明路延伸工程隧道南侧近海域地段开挖过程中,隧道开挖引起的土体重分布会导致衬砌变形。本文利用ABAQUS有限元软件对衬砌变形与千斤顶力的关系进行了数值模拟研究,建立了在特定荷载下,节段厚度与千斤顶力的模型。研究结果表明:掘进所需的千斤顶力与节段的截面积有关,在复杂的地质特征和荷载作用下,隧道掘进工作面会产生较大的应力,需要有一定的推力才能掘进隧道。该模型分别分析了千斤顶推力的轴向力和地面荷载的弯矩对节段的接触应力和径向应力。 During the excavation of the offshore section on the south side of the tunnel of the extensional part of the Guangming Road, the Dalian Bay undersea tunnel construction project, the soil mass re-distribution caused by tunnel excavation will lead to the deformation of the lining structure. In this paper, ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate the relationship between the lining deformation and the jack force, and a model of segment thickness and jack force is established under a specific load. The calculation results based on the numerical model show that the jack force is related to the sectional area of the segment. As a result of the complex geological characteristics and the load, the tunneling face will produce great stress, and a certain thrust is needed to drive the tunnel. The model has been used to analyze the contact stress and radial stress of the segment by the axial force of the jack thrust and the bending moment of the ground load,respectively.
