摘要
目的探讨叙事教育联合基于问题的学习方法(PBL)教学方法在中医科实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法选取在昆明医科大学第一附属医院中医科实习的64名护生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(32名)和实验组(32名),对照组采用传统的常规带教方法,实验组采用叙事教育联合PBL的带教方法。出科时两组护生分别填写教学满意度问卷和评判性思维倾向量表,并进行比较。结果实验组护生教学满意度总分及各维度评分均高于对照组(t分别=7.32、6.65、5.56、6.80、6.66,P均<0.05)。出科前实验组与对照组相比,评判性维倾向量表(CTDI-CV)总分及各维度得分均上升(t分别=8.24、3.30、4.97、5.85、9.50、6.70、3.09、6.36,P均<0.05),实验组出科前与入科时相比CTDI-CV总分及各维度的得分亦均得到提升(t分别=53.38、24.17、22.81、4.68、24.62、18.23、9.06、29.55,P均<0.05)。结论叙事教育联合PBL教学方法有助于提升护生对临床教学的满意度和评判性思维能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of narrative education combined with PBL teaching method in teaching practice nursing students in the department of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 64 nursing stu-dents who practiced in the department of traditional Chinese medicine of the first affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group with 32 cases in each.The control group adopted the traditional conventional teaching method,the experimental group ad-opted the teaching method of narrative education combined with PBL.When leaving the department,the nursing students of two groups filled out the teaching satisfaction questionnaire and the critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese ver-sion(CTDI-CV)respectively.Results The total score and the scores of each dimension of nursing students in the ex-perimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=7.32,6.65,5.56,6.80,6.66,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the CTDI-CV total score and the scores of each dimension in the experimental group increased before leaving the department(t=8.24,3.30,4.97,5.85,9.50,6.70,3.09,6.36,P<0.05).The CTDI-CV total score and the scores of each dimension in the experimental group before leaving the department were higher than those when admis-sion(t=53.38,24.17,22.81,4.68,24.62,18.23,9.06,29.55,P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative education combined with PBL teaching method can help nursing students improve their satisfaction with clinical teaching and critical thinking ability.
