摘要
为明确植物生长调节剂对玉米生长及病害的调控作用,开展了五谷丰素浸种防治玉米茎基腐病和促生作用的研究。结果表明:五谷丰素浸种对乳熟期玉米茎基腐病的防治效果达60%以上,对蜡熟期玉米茎基腐病的防效在40%以上;对玉米倒伏率的防效为58.75%,对玉米倒折率的防效为30.93%;可以显著提高玉米出苗率,增加株高和茎粗。玉米增产效果明显,穗长、行粒数、穗粒数、穗重、有效穗数、百粒重、单粒重增加,玉米秃尖长度有效降低。研究证实五谷丰素可以应用于宁夏玉米生产,以促进玉米产业高质量发展。
In order to clarify the regulation effect of plant growth regulator on maize growth and disease,the paper studied the control effect of seed soaked by wugufengsu on maize disease and growth promotion.The results showed that the control effect of seed soaked by wugufengs on maize stalk rot reached more than 60%at milk-ripe stage and was beyond 40%at ripening stage.The effect on maize lodging rate was 58.75%and on discount rate was 30.93%,respectively.In addition,the soaking could promote the maize seedling emergence rate,plant height and stem diameter and increase the yield also including the ear length,row grain number,grain number per ear,ear weight,effective ear number,100-grain weight and single grain weight.What’s more,the seeds soaked by wugufengsu could effectively reduce the ear bare tip length.The study confirmed wugufengsu can be used for the high quality development of ningxia corn industry.
