摘要
从管理考核机制、养护经费、管理人员的素质和能力、管理机制等方面,分析了银川市园林绿化养护管理工作中存在的问题,针对存在的问题提出了对策建议,以期为今后提升园林绿化精细化养护管理水平提供参考。
The existing problems in landscaping maintenance and management in Yinchuan were analyzed from management and assessment mechanism,maintenance funds,quality and ability of management personnel,management mechanism,etc.The countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,aiming to provide reference for the improvement of fine maintenance and management of landscaping in the future.
