摘要
提出了测定复合肥料中多肽含量的方法。采用氨基酸分析法中的离子交换色谱法测定复合肥料中总氨基酸及游离氨基酸的含量,总氨基酸含量与游离氨基酸含量的差值即为多肽含量。结果表明:尿基复合肥中多肽含量的测定值与理论值的相对偏差为6.8%~13.6%,且随着多肽含量的提高,相对偏差减小;硝基复合肥中多肽含量的测定值与理论值的相对偏差为6.8%~17.6%,相对偏差较大是因蛋氨酸、胱氨酸含量的测定值不稳定造成的,但对测定结果影响较小。离子交换色谱法具有较高的稳定性和可靠性,能够准确测定复合肥料中多肽的含量。
The method of determining polypeptide content in compound fertilizer is proposed.The ion exchange chromatography in amino acid analysis method is used to determine the total amino acid content and free amino acid content in the compound fertilizer.The difference between the total amino acid content and the free amino acid content is the polypeptide content.The results show that the relative deviation of the measured value of the polypeptide content in the urea based compound fertilizer is 6.8%to 13.6%,and the relative deviation decreases with the increase of the polypeptide content.The relative deviation of the measured value of the polypeptide content in the nitro compound fertilizer is 6.8%to 17.6%,which is caused by the unstable measurement value of the methionine and cystine content,but rather has a small impact on the measurement results.The ion exchange chromatography method has high stability and reliability,and can accurately determine the polypeptide content in the compound fertilizer.
