摘要
目的:评估基于解析算法的Mobius3D和基于蒙特卡罗算法的ArcherQA两款独立的剂量验证软件在TrueBeam加速器上的临床应用。方法:收集医院在TrueBeam加速器上进行放射治疗的30例肿瘤患者,其中患者头颈部、胸部和腹部的放射治疗计划各10例,所有放射治疗计划均通过了临床剂量验证;分别采用Mobius3D和ArcherQA对患者进行独立的剂量计算,并将计算得到的剂量分布与治疗计划系统(TPS)进行对比,采用γ通过率(3%/3 mm)进行分析,并对比靶区和危及器官(OAR)的γ通过率和剂量参数D_(mean)。结果:Mobius3D和ArcherQA的头颈部、胸部及腹部3个部位γ通过率分别为(98.79±0.76)%和(99.15±0.60)%、(96.63±1.78)%和(96.72±1.69)%以及(98.08±0.88)%和(99.10±1.08)%,且两者差异均无统计学意义(t=-1.117,t=-1.191,t=-1.887;P>0.05),两款软件的靶区和OAR的平均剂量差异均在3%的标准范围内。结论:Mobius3D和ArcherQA的剂量计算结果与TPS均有很好的一致性,可作为独立于TPS的第三方计划验证工具。
Objective:To assess the clinical application of two independent dose verification software,which were Mobius3D bases on analytical algorithm and ArcherQA based on Monte Carlo algorithm.Methods:30 patients with tumor who underwent radiotherapy on TrueBeam accelerator(10 cases in head and neck,and 10 cases in chest,and 10 cases in abdomen)in our hospital were randomly selected,and all radiotherapy plans passed clinical dose verification.Then,Mobius3D and ArcherQA were respectively adopted to conduct independent calculation of dosage for patients.After that,the dose distribution that obtained from calculation were compared with treatment planning system(TPS),and theγpass rate was adopted to implement analysis.And theγpass rate and dose parameter D_(mean) between the target volume and organs at risk(OAR)were compared.Results:Theγpass rates of Mobius3D and ArcherQA on head and neck,chest and abdomen were(98.79±0.76)%and(99.15±0.60)%,(96.63±1.78)%and(96.72±1.69)%,and(98.08±0.88)%and(99.10±1.08)%,respectively.There were no significant difference between the two software(t=-1.117,t=-1.191,t=-1.887,P>0.05).And the differences of average dosage of target region and OAR of two kinds of software were within the standard range(3%).Conclusion:The results of dose calculation both of Mobius3D and ArcherQA appear favorable consistency with TPS,and both of them can be used as third-party planning verification tools which are independent of TPS.
