摘要
分析A8系列多关节等速训练与测试系统的结构原理,对使用中遇到的开机自检报错设备未连接、初始力矩异常、动力头轴杆无法转动或只能单方向转动以及等速模式下不限速或超出设定活动范围的维修案例进行故障分析,通过设备重启、急停按钮检查、通用串行总线(USB)接口检查以及动力头线材检查等方法,快速排除故障,以减少A8等速的设备故障率,提高设备正常使用率,保障患者及时康复治疗。
The structure principle of A8 series multi-joint isometric training and testing system was analyzed, and the maintenance cases encountered in the use were analyzed such as disconnection of startup self-checking error warning,abnormal initial torque, failure to rotate or only unilateral rotation of power head shaft in use as well as no speed limit or exceeding the set activity range in the isokinetic mode. Troubleshooting methods such as equipment restart, emergency stop button check, USB interface check and power head wire check were adopted to quickly eliminate the faults, so as to reduce the failure rate of A8 isokinetic equipment, increase the normal utilization rate of equipment and ensure timely rehabilitation treatment of the patients.
