摘要
青年人才是企业的后备力量和生力军,青年人才的选用和培养应该与企业的长远发展、战略目标相匹配。当前,石化企业青年人才流失比例较以往有所增加,部分青年人才的综合素质与职位需求匹配度不高,满足不了企业的用人需求。企业应该改变传统用人理念,建立和完善青年人才选用育留机制。
Young talents are the reserve force and fresh force of the enterprise.The selection and training of young talents should match the long-term development and strategic goals of the enterprise.At present,the proportion of youngtalent loss in petrochemical enterprises has increased compared with the past.The comprehensive quality of some young talents does not match the job demand well,which can not meet the employment needs of enterprises.Enterprises should change the traditional employment concept,establish and improve the selection and retention mechanism of young talents.
