摘要
为了测试20台不同型号的果蔬清洗机的农残去除率(清洗效率),采用噻虫嗪、茚虫威和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐3种农药以喷洒方式对大白菜加标。结果表明,果蔬清洗机对3种农药的去除效率为20%~73%,略高于人工清洗。结果表明清洗效率与农药的特性和清洗方式密切相关,即使采用新型清洗技术也未必能够得到良好的清洗效果。
In order to test the removal rate of pesticide residues(cleaning efficiency)of 20 different types of fruit and vegetable cleaning machines,Chinese cabbages were spiked with spraying thiamethoxam,indoxacarb and emamectin benzoate.The results revealed that the removal efficiency of three pesticides by fruit and vegetable cleaning machine was 20%~73%,which was slightly higher than that by manual cleaning.The cleaning efficiency was closely related to the types of pesticides and the cleaning methods.Even if the new cleaning technology was adopted,a good cleaning effect might not be obtained.
