Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in 2012,Chinese diplomacy has made remarkable achievements and broken new ground in major-country diplomacy.Recently,China Report ASEAN conducted an exclusive interview with Xue Li,a researcher at the Institute of World Economics and Politics under the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,on the achievements and highlights of Chinese diplomacy over the last decade as well as the direction of its future development.
