摘要
结合黔东南州社会消防管理工作,梳理该地区新增市场主体火灾概况,分析其存在的主要火灾风险。重点从建立源头培训制度、明确部门培训任务、精准抓实培训内容、合力开展培训督办、创新多效培训方式、滚动排查培训漏洞等方面提出对策,全面开展构建新增市场主体定期消防安全培训机制的实践与探索。
Combined with the social fire management of Qiandongnan Prefecture, this paper comprehensively sorts out the fire situation of the new market entities in this area, and analyzes the main causes of fire. The focus of this study is on the design mechanism, training tasks, training efficacy, training supervisor, training methods, and identifying training gaps, in order to explore a regular training mechanism for the new market entities on fire safety.
