摘要
装配式建筑相比传统现浇建筑具有显著优势,但其成本居高不下的问题也亟待解决。本文以某抗震设防7度区装配式项目为例,对比分析了装配式建筑与传统现浇建筑的施工成本增量,发现吊装阶段塔式起重机造成的成本增量大于其他方面,得出了我国装配式建筑施工环节中成本降低的途径及思路,并提出了相关建议。
Compared with traditional cast-in-place buildings,prefabricated buildings have obvious advantages,but the problem of high cost also needs to be solved urgently.Taking an assembly-type project in a 7-degree area as an example,the construction cost increment of prefabricated building and traditional cast-in-place building is compared and analyzed.It is found that the cost increment caused by tower crane in hoisting stage is greater than other aspects,thus the ways and ideas of cost reduction in prefabricated building construction in China are obtained,and relevant suggestions are put forward.
